We would like to standardize the way we use our collection GL's to pay our bills. The proposed use is:

7853000020 All repo expenses
853000010 All collecton agency expenses-assessable or not
7853000515 All "usage" related collection expenses, e.g. Choice Point, Fast Data
7829900001 All credit bureaus-collections as well as originations related bureaus

ASSESSING FEES TO THE CUSTOMER'S ACCOUNT:

On the Borrowers Master screen in CMS, create a SRQE with the following steps:

Under Action Code, type SR
Under Result Code, type QE
On the first Comment Line, type "Add Fees (TC 6121) $_____,Invoice#_____"

After that, the memo starts to sound like the teacher in Charlie Brown. Whaa, whaa..whaa whaa, whaa, whaa.

At least I did the TPX report right.
